Soft, clean, blue and highly usable, it's not really anything that drastically new...there are alot of themes out there of a similiar type but this is my version of the minimal blue style. Zip includes original wallpaper, .wba file, matching sysmetrix and rainy skins with a matching winamp modern skin available in the winamp skin section.
As always, use it, abuse it but most of all, enjoy it!!!

I really like the look of this theme! I just downloaded, I'm hoping there is a regular start panel as a sub? I'll add it to my Favs, and a watch, I like it a lot!
